Google Chromecast giveaway

Following the runaway success of our Sony giveaway last month, I’m pleased to announce the Google Chromecast giveaway. This month I am giving away a brand new Google Chromecast in a free to enter competition.
I have two in my house, and love them both, as you can see from the glowing review here. What is a Chromecast? Essentially it’s a way to broadcast (or cast) things from your laptop or mobile to a tv screen.
Google describes their media device as such:
Chromecast is a thumb-sized media streaming device that plugs into the HDMI port on your TV. Simply use an Android phone, tablet, iPhone®, iPad®, Mac® or Windows® laptop, or Chromebook to cast your favorite entertainment and apps right to the big screen.
It makes watching Netflix or BBC iPlayer nice and simple, which is my main reason for using it. It also means I can share YouTube videos straight to my TV with anyone else who is in the room with me.

I can’t find a list of the TV shows available, but I would have to start dragging myself into the 21st century and finally watch all the TV shows I keep hearing about, such as Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones… I’ve never even seen Downton Abbey! The trouble is, I’m a commitment phobe, I can only watch a series if I can watch all the episodes at once, I can’t be doing with waiting til the following week, lol!
