Death on an MRI scan
by DannyUK
I’ve posted this MRI before, but I stumbled across it again and think it’s worth reposting. The image below is supposedly someone dying on an MRI scan, and it shows the sudden burst of endorphins that flood the brain when you die.

It was taken from the tv show The Walking Dead, but you’d like to think that this happens when you pass away, wouldn’t you?
It’s tragically beautiful, and goes some way to explaining (for me, at least), why it’s said that we see bright light when we pass away, and why those who have near death experiences talk about an overwhelmingly positive feeling.

That gif is from the Walking Dead. Season 2 I think, when they go to the CDC building and the lead scientist’s wife gets infected, the gif is showing her dying.
