Pay it forward…
Every now and then I run competitions on the blog. Quite often, one way to enter is to “pay it forward”. Simply put, if you do something nice then you get a free entry to the competition. I have no way of knowing whether you have done what you say you have done, but I hope that the cosmic karma in the world balances out.
All I ask is that you leave a comment below telling me what you’ve done to pay it forward. It could be something as simple as smiling at someone who looked down. It could be that you made an extra effort with somebody in your life. It could even be that you gave to charity, promoted a blog post for someone or informed a poor stranger that she’d tucked her skirt into her knickers.
It’s whatever you want it to be. Be nice to others. It’s getting more and more rare these days.
If you’ve entered one of the competitions and chosen the “Pay it forward” option, leave a comment below. If you just want to put down that you’ve done something nice and haven’t entered a competition, feel free to do that too.
I made dinner for my friend tonight so she didn’t have to cook after work. She wasn’t expecting it so i hope it cheered up her Monday π
That’s very nice of you! I have friends who do this for me sometimes π
Called mum to chat, and check she and family are OK. Letting them know they are in my thoughts.
I donated some tins of ham and some rice and some pasta to a local food bank and I’m a wheelchair user.
It’s always great to see people helping local food banks. Good job π
i did some shopping for a neighbour
Today I have done all the housework, including the hubby and childrens chores so that they can have a nice chillax tonight!
I wasn’t feeling well yesterday but my partner had been at work all day. All I felt like doing was lying down but I managed to put washing on, cook dinner and even make some sugar free puddings (my partner is diabetic).
